Registration begins 11/29/2021 through 12/3/2021

For anyone with no computer access, in-person registration begins 12/1/2021 from 9 AM to 8 PM at the Jackson Township Fire Station 202 (3650 Hoover Road Grove City, OH 43123).

In-person required documentation:

1. Current Photo ID for parent or custodial caregiver.
2. Birth Certificate for each child (12 and under only.)
3. Documentation of custody if caregiver is not listed on the child’s birth certificate.
4. Current proof of residency in Jackson Township.
