Jackson Township Residential Summer Cleanup: May 3, 2021 to Sept. 24, 2021

Jackson Township in an effort to keep its community beautiful will offer a residential bulk-trash summer cleanup service for all Jackson Township, City of Grove City and Urbancrest residents from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays (excluding holidays) May 3, 2021 to Sept. 24, 2021. Residents need to check in prior to unloading at the Jackson Township administration office at 3756 Hoover Road in Grove City, Ohio.

Items accepted include residential bulk trash, tires (limit four) and scrap metal. Hazardous waste will not be accepted. Local Waste Services offers weekly bulk-trash collection as long as items at the curb are bagged or bundled according to its service guidelines. Township brush collection
Summertime 2021 brush pick-up services for residents in Jackson Township’s unincorporated area are set for May 24-28; June 21-25; July 26-30; Aug. 23-27; and Sept. 20-24. City of Grove City and Urbancrest residents should check with their local service departments for bulk pick-up schedules. Year-round electronic waste drop-off
Residents may drop off electronic waste year-round from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays (excluding holidays) at the Jackson Township administration office at 3756 Hoover Road in Grove City, Ohio.

Household items, furniture reuse
Contact Habitat for Humanity ReStores or the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio to donate household items or furniture for reuse. More reuse and recycling options are provided at jacksontwp.org/local-waste-removal.

Household hazardous waste
