Jackson Township officials held a White Road status meeting Aug. 20, 2014, and construction workers and county engineers reported the reconstruction project is coming along nicely with an ahead-of-schedule expected completion date of Sept. 18, 2014 (weather-permitting). A tentative ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for Sept. 29, 2014. The next status update meeting is Sept. 10, 2014.
